Silent Nite^® SL is a custom-fabricated sleep apnea device that moves a patient’s lower jaw forward to expand the airway.  Comprised of two BPA-free splints connected by Slide Link^® SL connectors, it permits only small movements of the jaw.  For added comfort, the Silent Nite^® SL splints have a soft inner-tray with a hard exterior.
